2. Description of Services

Siftingbrrestore provides educational slow-down courses designed to help individuals develop intentional pacing, rest rituals, and sustainable habits for modern life. Our current course offerings include the Foundation Slow-Down Course, Deep Rest Intensive, and Year-Long Pace Mastery program. Services may include online video lessons, guided audio sessions, written materials, community forums, live Q&A sessions, and in-person workshops at our Henderson, Nevada location.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our courses or website at any time, with reasonable notice to enrolled learners when such changes materially affect their access to purchased content.

3. Account Registration

Certain features of our slow-down courses require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 4. Course Enrollment and Payment

Course prices are displayed in United States dollars on our course offerings page and are subject to change. The price applicable at the time of your enrollment is the price you will be charged. Payment must be made in full unless an approved payment plan has been arranged for the Year-Long Pace Mastery program.

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course materials specified for your enrolled program. Access periods vary by course: Foundation Slow-Down Course provides six months of access, Deep Rest Intensive provides twelve months of access, and Year-Long Pace Mastery provides lifetime access to digital materials as described on the course page.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Siftingbrrestore does not store complete credit card numbers on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on siftingbrrestore.world and within our slow-down courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, video lessons, audio recordings, worksheets, and course curricula, is the property of Siftingbrrestore or its content licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any course materials without our prior written consent.

Sharing login credentials, downloading content for redistribution, or recording live sessions without permission is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Siftingbrrestore and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or participation in slow-down courses, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Siftingbrrestore for the specific course giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
